I have supported many in creating positive change in their lives, and making those changes last—and I would love to help you, as well. Drawing upon my background in positive psychology, relationships, mind-body connections, nutrition, physical fitness and overall wellness, I use coaching to empower others to discover their own strengths, identify and reach goals that will truly bring them what they desire, and find the gifts in each experience, emerging with greater happiness and resilience.

I work with individuals who want to improve the way in which they nourish their bodies and minds by gaining insight into reducing stress, discovering new ways to move, and liberation from the cycle of yo-yo dieting and weight management.

  • Anticipate increased energy, confidence, and radiance living through your strengths and inborn talents.
  • Explore unique and fun ways of enjoying leisure time and exercise.
  • Introduce a new renewed awareness to your inner self and intuition.
  • Embrace your well being and well body because you realize taking care of yourself means you have more to give to others.

My belief that each of us has the potential to discover the state of well being that is meaningful and fulfilling for our lives. I will meet you where you are at in this moment and together we will take the path that leads from that place towards a direction that is based entirely on the steps you are ready to take. YOU have all the answers inside. It’s my job to help you get them down on paper so you can move forward. It is a very positive and empowering experience.

What is My Wellness Vision?
My Wellness Vision is to live my life with passion and vitality. I am comfortable with the woman I have become and enthusiastically anticipate exploring the possibilities that lie ahead. I continue to pursue interesting activities that bring pleasure to, and include family, friends, and community. I am physically active and emotionally authentic. I create time to enjoy activities outside of work and daily routines to enjoy cooking, road trips, photography, horseback riding, hiking and time in the garden. I appreciate and I am grateful for all that comes to me each and every day.

While the dictionary defines well-being or wellness as optimal physical and mental health, it’s up to each of us to figure out what makes us well and flourish. What are your top ten?

Here are mine:  

  • Nurturing my passion for personal and spiritual growth.
  • Sharing life and love with family, friends, and my dogs..
  • Maintaining fitness and physical health, my morning runs, cycling, playing, laughing.
  • Creating, preparing, and enjoying cuisine.
  • Enjoying time in peace and solitude.
  • Spending time in nature; hiking, time on the coast, gardening.
  • Making travel a part of my life; raising my awareness of other cultures, art, cuisines and  recharging my “personal batteries.”
  • Participating and cultivating more involvement in my community.
  • Embracing my feminine side enjoying style and fashion.
  • Making and taking the time to enjoy and fine tune my photography.
  • One day looking out to see a horse in my pasture.
